Billy Vine

Billy joins Team Financial Strategies (TFS) after more than a decade of service as a United States Air Force pilot and officer, flying C-130’s and serving in a variety of leadership roles.

Billy was drawn to financial planning through a desire to help individuals, families, and business owners gain clarity on their long-term goals and build a framework to achieve them by aligning their money with what matters most. He enjoys serving clients with a disciplined, thoughtful, and value-driven approach.

He holds a Series 65 license as an Investment Adviser Representative. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Billy is currently working towards the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation as he continues to grow as a financial planner.

Billy is married to Virginia Vine, and together they have the great blessing of raising 3 boys - Ty, Jack, and Archer. Outside of work, Billy enjoys endurance running, real estate investing, and good coffee. Faith and community are central to his life, and he is actively involved in his local church, The Well Abilene. Billy values being present with his family and helping others build meaningful lives marked by purpose, generosity, and peace.
